Meet The Team
Usman Sarfraz
FOUNDER
Drawing from his international background, experience in managing multi-million dollar projects, and proven track record in building successful teams, Usman helps clients diversify their portfolios and build wealth. Fusing his skillset with his passion for fast-paced environments and talent for solving complex problems, Usman is generally called upon when solutions are imperative, and he consistently delivers effective results.
Usman has invested in over 400 apartment units and became interested in real estate for its wealth of opportunities. Usman marked his first transaction by investing in a 48-unit multifamily student housing project. With his keen understanding that experience and sportsmanship are critical to success, Usman primarily achieves goals by cultivating and fortifying highly productive teams and partnering only with seasoned, proven professionals. He also punctuates every deal by forging long-term relationships built on integrity, transparency, and accountability.
Usman launched his real estate career after nearly 20 years in the technology industry, where he gained veteran expertise working with a series of global OEMs, including Toyota, Daimler, and GM. With roles spanning in product engineering, manufacturing, project management, and business development, Usman spearheaded teams across U.S., Asia, and Europe while ensuring the completion of $500M+ transactions.
Usman holds an electrical and computer engineering degree from Iowa State University and is passionate about speaking to local high school and college students about education and STEM fields. He also loves traveling — a byproduct of living in Japan and Germany — and outdoor activities, especially hiking mountains.
Steeve Breton
SENIOR ADVISOR
Steeve has invested in over 4,500 apartment units and has diverse real estate experience. He has built a strong network of seasoned real estate professionals and trusted advisers.
His conservative approach and analytical skills enable him to clearly assess risk and invest wisely to maximize client returns while preserving their principal.
Steeve often speaks at national real estate conferences and has been interviewed on numerous podcasts.
He has an MBA from Babson College’s Olin School of Business. He is also an active volunteer and board member for his local food pantry.
